At some stage in the evolution of your company, you will need a CFO, or your CFO may require another pair of hands. This may not be a full time role and, therefore, it can be difficult to attract the right talent and experience, particularly to handle transformational events: an IPO, an acquistion or a restructuring.
We can also make your life easier in the boardroom, with our bespoke and independent company secretarial service, and in the back office, through the provision of accounting services.
We provide an opportunity to outsource these functions to tap into out team's 60+ years of hands-on expertise and experience, whether that be on an interim basis, for a particular project, or on a more permanent basis.
Quite simply - Old Brunswick Resources has the expertise and experience that you require. Established in 1998, we have 25 years of experience in the Boardroom and of "getting things done" in the corporate world. We also have 20 years of experience acting as company secretary for both listed and private equity backed clients.
We can be a mentor, an advisor, or a "doer" to help make your vision, strategy and goals a reality.
